These terms govern your booking and stay with Margarita Stay, the trading name of AVIO Solutions Limited. By submitting a booking request you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Margarita Stay is a trading name of AVIO Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (registration number 77693458) with its registered office at #1202, 12/F, 299 QRC, 287–299 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, “our”). We market and manage two privately held holiday apartments on Isla de Margarita, Venezuela.

Booking and contract
Bookings are made online. You submit a request with your dates and details, verify your email through the link we send, then review the price and pay a deposit or the full amount. Your reservation is confirmed only once we have received payment and sent you a written confirmation; until then, dates are not held.
The contract for your stay is between you (the guest) and AVIO Solutions Limited.
Prices, fees and taxes
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the nightly rate plus a one-time cleaning fee and any applicable taxes. The full amount payable is shown before you pay — there are no hidden charges.
Availability and rates are drawn from our channel manager and may change until your booking is confirmed.
Payment
We accept credit and debit cards (via Stripe) and selected cryptocurrencies (via NOWPayments). Your card and crypto details are handled by these providers; we never see or store your full payment details.
For stays booked sufficiently in advance we charge a deposit to reserve and request the balance closer to arrival; otherwise the full amount is charged at the time of booking. The system determines which applies — you do not choose. If a balance is not paid by its due date, the reservation may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited (see Cancellations and refunds).
Cancellations and refunds
We do not offer free cancellation. The deposit reserves your dates and is non-refundable if you cancel. The balance is only charged closer to arrival, so cancelling before then costs only the deposit.
If your balance is overdue we may cancel the reservation and release the dates; the deposit is forfeited under these terms.
In cases of force majeure — events beyond reasonable control — we assess each situation individually. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.
Your stay — house rules
- The maximum occupancy stated for each apartment may not be exceeded.
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed.
- No smoking inside the apartments.
- No pets.
- You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.
The apartments and content
We write the descriptions, take the photos and list the amenities ourselves, and keep them accurate. Minor differences may occur, and shared building facilities such as pools are managed by the building and may occasionally be unavailable.
Local conditions on the island, including utilities such as electricity and water, are described honestly on each apartment’s page. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted public-utility supply, although both buildings have backup arrangements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
